Special technological procedures applied during the production process, in accordance with the British "two-for-one" quality standards, bring about an excellent final result. The best quality fibre gives the STRONG sewing threads an excellent, uniform strength, colour fastness, elasticity and smoothness. Increased silicone saturation virtually eliminates thread breakage due to needle heat. BASIC 50s/2 and 40s/2 (in two thicknesses) in 5000 yds. cones, featuring tensile strength over 800 cN, are popular polyester sewing threads commonly used for garment production.
